Discounted bundles (the easy option) The fastest way to get a better price is by ordering one of our bundle packs from the store. Bundles come at a discounted per-card price — no quotes or negotiation needed, just pick the bundle size that fits your needs and check out normally. Browse bundles at zappycards.com. 15% off for 30+ units If you plan to order more than 30 units, we can apply a 15% discount to your total. To take advantage of this: 1. Reach out to us with the quantity you're planning to order and which product (stands, wallet cards, or service cards with QR) 2. We'll confirm eligibility and apply the 15% discount 3. Complete your order Email support or ask on chat and we'll get you set up. A note on "custom quotes" and enterprise pricing We don't offer custom quotes or tiered enterprise pricing beyond the 15%-off rate. Multiple Locations & Team Setups Each ZappyCard is programmed to one Google Business Profile at a time. Here are the common setups for multi-location businesses and teams. Multiple locations (each with its own Google review page) The standard approach: buy one card per location and program each card to that location's Google Business Profile. - Location A's card points to Location A's Google reviews - Location B's card points to Location B's Google reviews - And so on This is how most multi-location businesses use ZappyCards. Franchises, chains, spas, salons, and service businesses with multiple branches all follow this pattern. You can manage all of your location cards from a single account in the Zappycards app — just tap Add New Zappycard (+) and program each card to the correct Google Business Profile. Individual cards for each team member For larger teams (say, 20+ technicians, stylists, or agents), giving each person their own card works well: - Each card is programmed to that location's (or that individual's) Google review page - Feels more personal when handed directly to a customer - Each team member can hand out their own card You can manage all the cards from one Zappycards app account — each card shows up on your dashboard. What the Zappycards app can and can't do The app is designed for one thing: adding and managing your cards. You can: - Program a new card to a Google Business Profile - Edit a card (rename it, update the redirect link) - Delete a card It does NOT include: - Analytics or review tracking - Centralized team/admin dashboards - The ability to point a card at non-Google platforms ZappyCards are specifically designed to point to Google review pages. Can I reprogram a card later? Yes! Cards can be reprogrammed anytime through the app. If someone leaves your team or you add a new location, you can easily edit the card's redirect link to point at a different Google Business Profile. Need a more complex rollout? For large franchise or multi-country deployments, you can book a call to walk through the setup — but the product and pricing offers stay the same (bundles on the store, 15% off for 30+ units).
