REFUNDS WHEN USING A DISCOUNT CODE Any discount codes used with an order will be split evenly between items as a percentage. So when a refund is processed, you will receive the discounted price as a refund. GOOD TO KNOWS... Only one discount code can be used at checkout. All discount codes are excluded from being used on e-gift cards. Discount codes may not be able to be used in addition to any current promotions and we’re unable to apply any codes once your payment has been accepted, so don't forget to add the discount before checking out. CAN I USE AN TMSH AMBASSADOR DISCOUNT CODE? All our TMSH Brand Ambassadors have a unique discount code that gives you 10% off full-priced items!* Support your favourite ambassador and score a discount on your order... Win-win! To get a code: 1. Head to your favourite TMSH Ambassador's social media channel(s) 2. Obtain their code (Hint: It's usually their social handle) 3. Enter the code at checkout to get 10% off your order *Excludes promotions or sales periods. Unfortunately, Ambassador codes work during active sales/promotions, but that's only because we have the best deals available, already discounted on our website. However, during sales and promotions, you can still support your favourite Ambassador by applying their code at checkout, it just won't apply any discount to your order. FYI: Discount codes can't be 'stacked'. Only one discount code can be entered at checkout. For example, if using a Flash Sale discount code, you won't be able to use an Ambassador code too. MY DISCOUNT CODE ISN'T WORKING? Have a discount code that's not working when entering at checkout? Here are a few troubleshooting tips: 1. Are you logged in to your TMSH Account? Codes may be linked to your email address. If we've sent you a discount code via email, you may need to be logged in to our website using the same email address to be able to redeem your code. 2. Is your code still valid? Some discount codes have expiration dates, so it's always worth checking where you got the code from to see if it's still valid when trying to check out. 3. Do you have sale items in your basket? Discount codes aren't generally applicable during sales so why not keep hold of your code to use on your next order! 4. Are you inputting the code correctly? Codes may be case sensitive so it's worth double checking if your code is UPPERCASE or lowercase. 5. Is that a '0' or an 'O'? As easy as it sounds, this can be a difficult one to spot! Check your code for the correct use of letters and numbers. 6. If you're still having trouble using a discount code, send us a message and one of our agents will do their best to help. *Please note, we're unable to apply a discount to an order that's already been placed. I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY PROMO CODE? Subscribed to SMS and didn't receive your promo code? 1. Double-check to ensure that the correct mobile number was entered. 2. To ensure maximum customer satisfaction, we do not send SMS messages during quiet hours. While there are no explicit federal laws outlining quiet hours for promotional text messages, TCPA and FCC guidance suggests that text messages should not be sent before 8 am and after 9 pm in the recipient's local time zone. Further, Florida, Oklahoma, and Washington state laws imposed stricter requirements that state text messages can only be sent between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm in the recipient’s local time zone. E-Gift Cards

HOW DO I PURCHASE A TAYLOR MADE SCRUB HATS E-GIFT CARD? You can purchase an e-Gift card by clicking here or via the extras section on the Taylor Made Scrub Hats website. E-Gift cards purchased online are not physically shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique code for redemption. HOW LONG IS A GIFT CARD VALID FOR? Unless specifically stated otherwise, our gift cards do not expire. DO I HAVE TO USE THE FULL AMOUNT IN ONE ORDER? No. The amount you spend will simply be deducted from your available card balance. You can then use any remaining balance towards future purchases. CAN I USE A GIFT CARD DURING A SALE OR PROMOTION? Yes, go for it! A gift card can be used as a form of payment at any time. CAN I USE A GIFT CARD & MAKE A CARD PAYMENT ON THE SAME ORDER? Yes. You're able to split your payment part gift card, part credit/debit card on an order. The full available balance of the gift card will be deducted from your order total and then any remaining amount can be paid using your other chosen method of payment. CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE WHEN PURCHASING A GIFT CARD? No. E-gift card purchases are excluded from all promotional offers unless specifically stated otherwise. If your order includes items in addition to one or more gift cards, the discounted value is permitted on all other applicable items. I PLACED AN ORDER USING MY GIFT CARD AND NOW WANT TO MAKE A RETURN Orders paid using split payment (part Gift Card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the Gift Card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid back to the other payment method originally used, which will appear in your account within 3-5 business days. CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD ONLINE FOR SOMEONE ELSE? Yes! Place the order using your details (name, & email address) and forward the e-Gift Card confirmation email to them. Alternatively, you can print off the code and give it to them this way. WHAT IS SHOP PAY? Shop Pay offers you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to split your purchase into regular payments with Shop Pay Installments, both online and in-store. Installment options vary by store and can be used on orders over $50 USD, including discounts, shipping, and taxes. PAYMENT PLANS Purchases between $50 USD to $17,500 USD are eligible for Shop Pay Installments, with options to: - Pay in 4 for purchases $50 to $999 - Interest-free payments every 2 weeks - No impact to your credit score - Pay monthly for purchases $150 to $17,500 - 3, 6, or 12-month terms - Rates from 0-36% APR - No impact to your credit score to apply Note: Minimum purchase amounts may vary by retailer. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AND CREDIT SCORE You must be over the age of 18, reside in the US, and be paying in USD to use Shop Pay Installments. Your credit scores aren't impacted if your purchase is split into 4 bi-weekly payments using Shop Pay Installments. If your purchase is split into monthly payments, then your payments may be reported to a credit bureau. Note: To use Shop Pay Installments you need a US shipping address.
