Are there any surcharges?

International customers may be subject to an additional 1.5% fee on their transactions due to Shopify Payments' international processing fees. This fee is automatically added to the product price at checkout for all international orders. Domestic orders are not subject to this fee.

How long should a refund take to reach me?

Refunds processed through Shopify Payments and Paypal typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card provider. However, it may take up to 15 days for international customers due to processing times. Please contact your card provider if your refund has not appeared in your account within these time frame.

Do you offer gift receipts?
