Can I use more than one discount code on one order?

Typically, only one discount or promotional code can be used per order.

I have a discount/promotional code - how do I use it?

After you've selected the items you wish to purchase, go to your Shopping Cart and choose "Checkout". You will see a field on the top right labeled "Gift Card or Discount Code" - enter yours and click “Apply”. That's it! Please note that only one code can be used per order - they cannot be used in combination with others, or on previous orders. Automatically applied discount codes typically cannot be combined with manually applied discount codes.

My promotional code isn't working. What do I do?

First check to make sure the code is typed in correctly, isn't expired, and that you have met all of the requirements for the promotion. Remember that only one code can be used per order. Also, some of the products are not sale eligible (as mentioned on the respective product page). Still no luck? Email help@svahausa.com and we'd be happy to help!

Can I apply a discount code to a past purchase?

Due to the way certain sales are handled, and the amount of requests we receive, we cannot accommodate retroactive sale/promo code applications for sales that popup after orders have been delivered. Thank you for your understanding!
