What is your Pre-Order shipping policy?
As of October 1st, 2021, we've had to make changes on how preorders are shipped out if the order contains both preorders
and non-preorders. In the past, we were able to split the shipping of these orders, meaning we'd ship out the
non-preorder items while waiting for the preorders to be stocked.
During covid, shipping charges significantly increased, and they continue to rise a few times a year. With this in mind,
while it was feasible to split shipments in the past, we can no longer accommodate this. If you need the non-preorder
items soon, we recommend placing two separate orders. Thank you for your understanding!
