Every SnapWireless product is backed by a 24-month warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.


What's Covered

  • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use

  • Minor faults — repaired or replaced at no cost to you

  • Major faults — your choice of refund, replacement, or repair


What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse, accidents, or mishandling

  • Damage from unauthorised repair or modification

  • Use beyond the product's intended purpose


How to Make a Claim

Have your proof of purchase ready (order number or receipt), then start your claim here. Our team will guide you through from there.


Purchased from an Authorised Reseller?

If you purchased your SnapWireless product from one of our authorised resellers (such as Samsonite), please contact them directly for refunds, exchanges and warranty support, as they manage products purchased through their stores.

If the retailer has assessed the issue and referred you to SnapWireless for further assistance, we'll be happy to help from there.
