We charge a $9.75 processing fee for returns for a refund to help cover the real operational costs involved in handling returns.
While we do provide a pre-paid return shipping label for customers, there are several behind-the-scenes expenses that occur once a return is initiated, including:

That said, returns for store credit or exchange are completely free, as we always aim to provide flexible options that work best for our customers.
