How Does Rush Production Work?
Rush Creation is an optional add-on that allows you to speed up the production process and prioritize your order. Rush options and timeframes vary depending on the product.
What Rush Options Are Available?
Plush Items

Ships in 8 weeks: Production is completed within approximately 8 weeks.

Ships in 6 weeks: Production is completed within approximately 6 weeks.

Ships in 4 weeks: Production is completed within approximately 4 weeks.

Ships in 2 weeks: Production is completed within approximately 2 weeks.

Ships in 5 days: Creation begins on the next business day and takes approximately 5 business days. Availability may vary depending on current production capacity. Please note: Your 5-day clock starts once our team of artists approve your photos.
Pajamas
- Ships in 15 Days: Crafted with care and shipped within 15 days.
- Ships in 10 Days: Your PJs will ship in 10 days or less.
- Ships in 5 Days: Your PJs will enter production the next day after your submitted photo has been reviewed and approved, and ship in 5 days or less.
Please note that the production timeframe begins once your submitted photo has been reviewed and approved. The review and approval process takes place before production begins, so please allow time for this step.
Jewelry
- The Rush option removes 1 week from the standard creation timeframe.
Pillows, Blankets, Socks, Portraits & Mugs
- The Rush option removes 1 week from the standard creation timeframe.
What Does the Rush Timeframe Include?
The Rush Creation timeframe applies to production time only. Shipping time is separate and depends on the shipping method and delivery destination.
Rush Creation does not guarantee a specific delivery date.
Adding Rush Creation After Placing Your Order
If you decide to add Rush Creation after your order has already been placed, the Rush timeframe will begin counting from the date the Rush Creation is added to your order.
For example, if you add a 4-Week Rush to a Plush Clone after placing your order, the 4-week production timeframe begins on the date the Rush Creation is added.
Please note that Rush Creation only affects the production timeframe and does not shorten the shipping time once your order is shipped.
