What are your Shipping Rates?

We offer FREE shipping on all US orders over $75 in the United States. There's a $10 flat shipping rate for US orders under $75, while International Shipping is calculated based on the location and weight. Once you reach the checkout page, you're able to enter the shipping destination and see additional shipping methods and their rates.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can also follow your order anytime by logging into your Runners account and visiting the “My Orders” page.

Delivery Delays
