Where is my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is shipped. If you haven’t received your delivery yet, please check your tracking link. Still stuck? Reach out and we’ll help.

Tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received anything

Please double-check your building reception, neighbors, or designated delivery area. If you still can't find it, contact usand we'll sort it out.

Big delay in delivery

We’re truly sorry if your order is taking longer than expected. In rare cases, a delay may occur if one of the items in your package is temporarily out of stock. This is never expected to exceed 72 hours. If it does, we’ll proactively email you with the option to ship the available items immediately and send the missing item separately, free of charge, as soon as it’s back in stock.

Want to cancel your order?

If the order hasn’t been processed yet, we can cancel it. Once shipped, it can’t be cancelled—but you can still manage future subscriptions here.
