How long does delivery take?

Qomfort is based in Sydney, Australia, and to cut down on Shipping Times and Carbon Emissions, we send our clogs and footwear from all around the world, including Europe, Oceania/Asia, and the United States - so if one location is out of stock, we'll send your order from another warehouse to get it to you quickly! Qomfort pays for all the customs fees and clearance beforehand, so you won't have to pay or worry about any extra hidden fee's or costs. Our delivery speed worldwide is usually around 7 business days, but it can take up to 15 days in rare cases. We promise that it's worth the wait! PS. Depending on your location within your country, the last-mile carrier may be different than what is selected at checkout. However, we can ensure that your delivery speed will be unchanged!

I haven't received my shipping confirmation

Not to worry at all! Lately we have been having trouble getting emails to certain domains such as @hotmail.com emails, and we may have landed into your spam folder! If this is still not the case, simply email us with an alternative email address with your name and delivery details and our friendly customer service team will find your order and also resend your shipping confirmation to your alternative email, as well as all subsequent order updates. Please note our Processing Time of 1-3 Days before dispatch. Please also note that tracking information sometimes takes a few days to update even after your order has been dispatched.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed and then processed, you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This email will include a tracking number. If you have not received this email, it may have landed into your spam folder! Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 24-72 Hours for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later. Don't worry! Your order will still be on its way to you.

My order was marked delivered but it’s not here.

If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package in a safe location, or may deliver it for collection at a local post office. Be sure to check around your home and with neighbours/building management who may have collected the package for you. Also, please double-check the shipping address of your order (in the order confirmation email) to ensure it’s headed to the right location. On some occasions, packages may be marked as delivered but take additional time to arrive. If you still are unable to locate the package, please reach out to your local-carrier. If you need additional assistance, please email our team and we will ensure to help you so you receive your order!

What if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?

Lost packages At Qomfort Co., we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. In the event that your order is lost during transit, please reach out to our customer support team at hello@qomfortco.com with your order number and any relevant details. Damaged packages We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please report to our customer support team at hello@qomfortco.com after receiving your order and include photos of the damaged items or package. We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a free replacement pair, or, issue a refund. Either way, we will work tirelessly to get it right for you!
