Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Yes! We want you to love your Qomfort Footwear. We offer refunds and exchanges on eligible items within 60 days of
receiving your order. To qualify, items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, with tags, and in
original packaging. (Trying them on indoors is totally fine!)
To start a return or exchange, please contact our support team at hello@qomfortco.com with your order details and three
clear photos of the item.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges between different product categories (e.g., clogs being exchanged for sandals).
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and approving the return.
We offer a one-time option for either an exchange or a refund per order. If you choose to exchange your item, please
note that we cannot process a refund if you later decide the replacement isn’t suitable. We recommend considering a
refund instead if you’re unsure.
