Managing Your MW Subscription

  1. Login to your account (w/ email) at morningwater.co and click the 'Profile' icon in the top right corner of the page.

  2. Enter the email you used when you ordered and a code will be sent to both your email and phone to log in. Don't be confused, there is no password; you didn't forget anything ;)

  3. Enter your 4-digit code and log in.

  4. You can manage your subscription right from the Morning Water Dashboard by clicking on any of the circled buttons OR the 'More...' button in the menu on the right side of the page.

  5. On this page, you can:

    1. Edit your quantity to add or remove multiple MW subscriptions on your profile.

    2. Click 'Skip' to skip your next shipment.

    3. Click 'Get Now' to expedite your next shipment.

    4. Click the pencil icon OR 'Edit frequency' within the 'More' button to edit the frequency of your MW subscription or the day it delivers.

    5. Click on the 'More...' and proceed to click 'Cancel Subscription' to cancel your MW subscription.

  6. Confirm any changes you make and simply close the window.
