We ship worldwide from our logistics hub near our manufacturing center in Asia.
This allows us to keep prices fair and offer free shipping on qualifying orders, while still ensuring fast, trackable
delivery.
⏱️ How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on your country and local customs processing.
Estimated shipping times:
- 🇺🇸 United States: 7–15 business days
- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
- 🇪🇺 European Union: 6–14 business days
- 🇨🇦 Canada: 10–20 business days
- 🌏 Rest of World: 12–25 business days

🧾 Will I pay customs or import duties?
In most cases, no.
We cover VAT and standard import duties for all our shipments.
However, in rare cases, your local courier may request additional customs handling fees or unexpected import charges. If
this happens, please contact us — we’ll be happy to help or reimburse any eligible fees.---
📬 I think my order is late — what should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived after the maximum delivery window for your country (see above), please:

2. Confirm your shipping address is correct
3. Look for a “missed delivery” notice from your local courier
