Are there any diet restrictions I should be aware of?

KURK products fit most diets: vegan, gluten-free, paleo, ketogenic. Per-product notes - KURK Liquid Curcumin (Vanilla, Orange, Lemon): no added sugar, no sweetener. - KURK Liquid Curcumin Cola: contains a small amount of stevia (steviol glycosides). May not suit a strict no-sweetener diet. - KURK D3+K2 Oral Spray: contains a small amount of stevia. - KURK Sport Effervescent Tablets: contains a small amount of stevia. Allergens - KURK Liquid Curcumin contains soy (soy lecithin, less than 2%). - KURK D3+K2 and KURK Sport are soy-free. No gluten, no dairy, no nuts, no eggs in any KURK product. Need more help? Can I take KURK if I am on medication?

If you are on prescription medication, check with your healthcare provider before starting KURK. Curcumin has mild blood-thinning properties and can interact with anticoagulants, NSAIDs, and some diabetes medications. Your doctor knows your full picture. When you ask, share these specifics: - KURK is a clean curcumin extract from organic turmeric. No piperine, no black pepper. - KURK D3+K2 contains vitamin D3 from lichen and vitamin K2 (MK-7). Is KURK safe during pregnancy or while nursing?
