Commslayer has a built-in Mark as spam action available directly from the conversation list.
Mark a ticket as spam

In your inbox, right-click the conversation you want to mark as spam.

Select Mark as spam from the context menu.

The conversation is immediately resolved and the contact is blocked.
Unblock a contact
If you marked someone as spam by mistake, you can unblock them in two ways:
From the spam folder:

Go to spam folder.

Open the conversation.

Click Unblock to restore the contact.
From Settings:

Go to Settings > Blocklist.

Find the contact and remove them from the list.
