What macros do

A macro is a saved sequence of actions — assign a label, send a message, change status — that runs on a conversation in one click. Use them for workflows you repeat often.

Creating a macro

  1. Go to Settings → Macros.

  2. Click New Macro.

  3. Give it a name.

  4. Add action steps in order (e.g., assign label → send message → change status).

  5. Set visibility

  6. Click Save.

Running a macro

Open a conversation, find the macro option in the actions menu, and select the macro you want. All steps run in sequence.
