How to Download a Conversation as a PDF

You can export any conversation as a PDF directly from the conversation view. This is useful for keeping records, sharing threads with your team, or archiving resolved tickets.


Steps

  1. Open the conversation you want to download.

  2. Look for the Resolve button in the top-right corner of the conversation.

  3. Click the dropdown arrow (▾) next to the Resolve button to reveal additional options.

  4. Click Download PDF from the dropdown menu.

  5. The PDF will be generated and downloaded to your device automatically.


What's included in the PDF?

The downloaded PDF includes the full conversation thread — all messages between the customer and your team, along with timestamps and agent names.
