Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your HeatCape purchase. Here's our policy for returns and refunds.

Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or replacement.

Refund Options

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer two options:

Option 1: 50% Refund (Keep the Product)

  • Receive 50% of your purchase price back to your original payment method
  • Keep the product - no need to return it
  • Fastest resolution

Option 2: 100% Store Credit

  • Receive full purchase value as store credit
  • Use toward any future HeatCape purchase
  • No return required

Defective Products

If your product is defective (not heating, stopped working, etc.):

  1. Contact us with a short video showing the issue
  2. We'll verify the problem and ship a free replacement
  3. No need to return the defective item - you may dispose of it

How to Request a Return/Refund

  2. Include your order number
  3. Describe the reason for your request
  4. We'll respond with your options

After 30 Days

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or refunds after the 30-day window has passed. For defective products outside this window, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
