Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or replacement.
Refund Options
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer two options:
Option 1: 50% Refund (Keep the Product)
- Receive 50% of your purchase price back to your original payment method
- Keep the product - no need to return it
- Fastest resolution
Option 2: 100% Store Credit
- Receive full purchase value as store credit
- Use toward any future HeatCape purchase
- No return required
Defective Products
If your product is defective (not heating, stopped working, etc.):
- Contact us with a short video showing the issue
- We'll verify the problem and ship a free replacement
- No need to return the defective item - you may dispose of it

After 30 Days
Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or refunds after the 30-day window has passed. For defective products outside this window, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
