How to Edit or Add Your Birthday to Earn Points

Did you know you can earn bonus GEasy Rewards points every year on your birthday?
To make sure you receive them, your birthday must be added inside your Rewards panel.

Here’s how to add or update it anytime.

How to Add or Update Your Birthday

Log in to your GE Designs account.
Click the green “Rewards” button in the bottom-right corner.
Scroll down to Your Activity.
Click on “How do I earn GEasy points?”
You’ll see a field to Add or Edit your birthday.
Save your changes.

Important Notes About Birthday Points

You must add your birthday before your birthday month to receive the bonus.
You cannot change your birthday after the reward is issued.
You will receive the bonus automatically — no code needed.

If Your Birthday Reward Didn’t Appear

This usually happens when:
✔ Your birthday wasn’t added before the reward date
✔ You have multiple GE Designs accounts
✔ You redeemed a reward but didn’t apply it (common issue)
