How to Turn Tuning On/Off

Control the tuning via the Levociraptor app or BLevo app on your phone. You can:

  • Toggle tuning on/off

  • Set a custom maximum speed

  • View ride statistics and diagnostics

How to Avoid Error Codes

To reduce the risk of triggering an error code:

  • If your eBike uses a smartphone app, switch off automatic updates before installing

  • Remove your tuning kit before doing any software updates

  • If possible, remove your battery before starting installation

  • Keep your average speed below 50km/h

Important: Firmware Updates

Updating your eBike's motor firmware may block or disable your tuning kit.

We recommend avoiding firmware updates – especially through service centres – unless absolutely necessary. Most updates are optional, and a working eBike doesn't usually need one.

Please note: A blocked tuning kit due to a firmware update is not covered under warranty.
