How will I know when my next subscription order is arriving?

You can view your next order date anytime by logging into your account - https://earthsecret.com/a/account/login Here you can view or update your next order date to suit you best! Once your subscription is processed and shipped we will also send you over a tracking link. Please note this will not update any orders already placed.

How do I update my subscription address?

Or if you would like some help reach out to us! Please note this will be applied to future orders and will not change the address of any other orders placed. 

What should I do if I received an order confirmation for a subscription I was not aware I signed up for?

In the event that you receive an order confirmation for an unintended subscription, please login to your account and cancel the subscription https://earthsecret.com/a/account/login In most cases your order will already have processed at our warehouse and be on its way, you may refuse the package upon delivery or follow the return instructions we can provide you with.  Rest assured, we will do our very best to help so we appreciate your patience.
