International Orders: Shipping, Taxes, and Customs Info

Ordering from outside the United States? We currently ship internationally to the UK & Canada. Shipping to International Destinations When placing an international order, here's what you need to know about shipping: - Regular Shipping: Depending on your location, international shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. We can’t control that…just know that your order goes out quickly, but then is in the hands of one of the major carriers like UPS, FedEx, etc. - Expedited Shipping: If you need your DudeRobe gear in a hurry, you can opt for expedited shipping. It still takes one business day to prep your order, but it'll zip to you faster once it's shipped. - Possible Delays: Keep in mind that sometimes couriers do their own thing, and we can't control that. You can track your order with the provided number or get in touch with the courier for updates. Taxes and Customs When you're ordering internationally, here's what you should consider regarding taxes and customs: - Taxes: Rest assured, we handle all duties for international orders. - Customs Regulations: Different countries have different customs regulations, and this can affect the delivery process. Check with your local customs office for specific details related to your area. Free Shipping? How to get it

We’d love to give everyone free shipping…but shipping these bad boys is expensive.  That said, we do offer free shipping once you hit a minimum spending threshold. The Minimum Spend To qualify for free shipping, all you need to do is spend a minimum of $150 or more after all discounts are applied. That's right, dude! Fill up your cart with $150 worth of DudeRobe gear, and you're set for free shipping. Where It Applies Our free shipping offer applies to the contiguous 48 states in the U.S. We wish we could offer it to everyone, but like we said, it’s crazy expensive to ship these, even more so internationally. Exclusions We've got some apologies to make to our Hawaiian and Alaskan dudes. Free shipping, unfortunately, doesn't extend to Hawaii and Alaska. Again, it’s just so crazy expensive.  That said, we do pay most of it, we just ask you to subsidize it so we can make sure to get you your DudeRobe gear. How It Works 1. Load up your cart with all the DudeRobe awesomeness you want. 2. Make sure your total reaches or exceeds $150 after applying any discounts. 3. When you check out, the free shipping option will be available for your eligible orders. 4. Select free shipping and enjoy the savings.

Shipping & Delivery: Your DudeRobe's Journey to You

Order Ready Time It typically takes our fulfillment center up to one business day to prep and ship your order. Shipping Time(US) Once it leaves our fulfillment center, it’s in the hands of one of the major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS or DHL).  Depending on where you live, it should be at your doorstep within 1-7 business days... depending on how far you're located from our fulfillment center in Central PA. If you’re in NY, NJ, Maryland, Pennsylvania or Ohio, you may have it as soon as 1 day…but the further south and west you go, the longer it takes. International Shipping If you're one of the growing legion of international dudes looking to rock our gear, it’s harder for us to know that timing.  It’s typically a 5-7 day journey…but we certainly can’t control what happens with air shipments and at Customs. Just know that we’re exploring options to make this as seamless as possible for all you international dudes of mystery. Need it Fast? Picked expedited shipping? No worries, prep time is still up to 1 business day, but it will arrive at your doorstep in 2 business days.  Please keep in mind that these are business days we’re talking about and expedited shipping does not deliver on the weekends. Tracking your Gear Hey, we get it, sometimes the shipping process can throw a curveball, and we're not the ones calling the shots. Couriers do their thing, and it can be a little unpredictable. You can always keep tabs on your order with the tracking number or reach out to the courier for updates. We're here to help, but remember, sometimes things can go wrong.
