From time to time we run gift-with-purchase (GWP) promotions, like a free item when you spend over a certain amount or with select orders. Here's how they work.
How it works
When a GWP promo is live, the free item is added automatically at checkout once you meet the promo requirements (for example, a minimum order amount). You'll see it in your cart before you pay. If a size or style needs to be selected, you'll be prompted at checkout.
Do I need a code?
Usually not. When a promo is running, the free gift applies automatically once you qualify. If a specific code is required, we'll say so in the promo details.
My free gift wasn't in my package
If you qualified for a gift-with-purchase promo and it didn't arrive, email us at info@duderobe.com with your order number and we'll take care of it right away.
