We know plans change. Here's what to do:
If your order hasn't shipped yet Reach out right away at info@duderobe.com. We process orders fast, so the sooner you contact us the better. As long as your order hasn't reached the "packaged and awaiting courier pickup" stage, we can usually cancel or edit it. We'll always do our best, but we can't guarantee changes once an order is moving.
If your order has already shipped We're unable to cancel or make changes at that point. No stress though. Once it arrives, you can start a return or exchange if you need to. See our Returns & Exchanges article for how that works.
Refunds If we cancel your order, your refund lands on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. We'll send a confirmation once your order is canceled or edited.
