Can I resize my ring?
Yes, on most designs. Some settings can't be resized because of how they're made, so reach out before you assume one way
or the other.
Here's how it works:
- Contact us at concierge@diamo.co within 20 days of delivery to start a resize.
- We'll confirm whether your design can be resized and send next steps.
- There's no charge for the resize, and shipping is free both ways.
- Turnaround is about 7 to 10 business days once we receive the ring.
One free resize per order. Additional resizes are $75. For anything beyond that, write to us, and we'll work out the
options.
