If you have not received an order confirmation from us, firstly, please check your spam folder.
If you still have not received an order confirmation, then we have not processed an order.
Sometimes, your card fails the security checks when we attempt to take payment. If this is the case, you would have
been advised at checkout.
During the payment process, your card provider may put the funds on hold while it attempts to be authorised. Please
check the status of your payment. If it says 'Pending', we have not been authorised to take the money. You will need
to contact your card provider and ask them when they will reverse the hold. We do not have any say in this. It is
entirely up to your card provider.
If the payment has definitely been taken, then it is likely you have entered an incorrect email at checkout. Please
