Black Friday Insider Event: FAQ & Terms
1. What is it?
During our Black Friday Insider Event, many items get additional savings. These are the best of Black Friday prices. You won't see a lower price on any Insider eligible item!
2. When?
Wed 11/4 to Sun 11/8, 11:59pm ET.
3. What's on sale?
Most of the site is on sale, but only items marked Insider Price get the extra savings during this 5-day event with code INSIDER.
4. Are these the best prices of the year?
Yes! Don't wait. You won't get better prices than during the 5-day Black Friday Insider Event.
5. How do I get the Insider Price?
Enter code INSIDER at checkout under "Discount Code or Gift Card."
6. Do I need a code?
Yes. Code INSIDER is required to get the Insider Price on eligible items
7. Can I use my Black Friday Cash?
Absolutely. It's the only code that stacks with INSIDER during the Insider Event.
• What's Black Friday Cash, and do I have some? If you spent $120+ in October, you earned Black Friday Cash, redeemable 11/4 to 12/2.
• When will I get it? It will appear in the Perks & Boosts section of your account between 11/1 and 11/4.
• How do I use it? Starting on 11/4 with our Insider Event, enter your Black Friday Cash code at checkout under "Discount Code or Gift Card."
8. Can I use my Bum Bucks?
YES! Bum Bucks can be used throughout our Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions. For the first time, you can TRIPLE STACK your savings! INSIDER code + BF Cash + Bum Bucks rewards. ALL on top of already marked-down prices!
9. Can I stack other promo codes?
No. Aside from BF Cash, Bum Bucks, and code INSIDER; all regular promo codes, including Level codes, will not be activate from 11/4 until the end of our Black Friday sale period.
10. Are price adjustments allowed?
No. None before, during or after the event.
