We ask that you get in touch with us first before initiating a return. Many issues — leaks, installation difficulties, unexpected water effects — can be resolved quickly with a little guidance, without needing to send anything back. Our team is familiar with all common product questions and will work with you to find the right solution.
If, after speaking with us, a return is still the right step, we'll arrange either a full replacement or a full refund — whichever you'd prefer.

Direct website orders
If you purchased from aquabliss.com, contact us directly and we'll guide you through the return process and arrange collection or postage as needed.
