My Bandou isn't loud enough 🔊

Troubleshooting Guide for Sound Issues with Your Bandou Bluetooth Headband If your Bandou Bluetooth headband sounds quieter than usual headphones, it's because the volume is limited to protect kids' ears. However, if the volume is a lot lower than normal, this could be due to various factors like device settings or a low battery charge. Follow these steps to resolve sound issues: Step 1: Fully Charge Your Bandou Ensure your headband is fully charged, as low battery levels can affect sound quality. A full charge takes approximately 3 hours. Step 2: Reset The Bluetooth Connection In your device's Bluetooth settings, select "Forget Device," and then reconnect to refresh the connection. Step 3: Align the Speakers with Their Ears Ensure the speakers are aligned with the ears, as sound perception decreases significantly even with a slight distance. Step 4: Test the Sound with the Included Cable Use the included cable to connect your Bandou Bluetooth headband to any device to identify whether the problem lies in the Bluetooth connection or the speakers. Step 5: Make Sure the Speakers Are on the Right Side Ensure the blue side of the speakers faces the ears. Bandou Bluetooth headbands are designed to be assembled and disassembled easily Step 6: Turn Off Sound Limiting Settings For iOS Users (iPhone, iPad, etc.) Navigate to "Settings" > "Sounds & Haptics" > "Headphone Safety." Toggle off "Reduce Loud Sounds." Note: "Reduce Loud Sounds" is only available on devices running iOS 14 or later. For Fire Tablet Users Open your Fire Tablet and navigate to "Settings." Select "Device Options" > "Sounds & Notifications." Find "Volume Limits." Toggle "Set volume limits" to the "Off" position to remove any volume restrictions. For Android Users (Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, etc.) Go to "Settings" > "About Phone." Tap "Build number" or "Model number" seven times to enable Developer Options. Return to "Settings," access "Developer options." In the "Sound" menu, enable "Disable absolute volume."
